Delgado's Comments

I found this on ESPN!  Delgado stated that they were the best team last year.  They won just as many games as the Phillies in the playoffs and thats not saying a whole lot.  What do you guys think?  I think he shouldn't be talking b/c he had a poor season.  I also hate how everyone flippin mets fan said Glavine choked the final game.

Best Team
I'm pretty sure the Mets proved they weren't the best team. They might have been the best team if they weren't mostly 38 and injury prone (ie on paper), but the Phillies proved who was the best team.

Us
So if J roll and delgado said that they were gonna or win or the best team who would it be on our team to say something like that?

Interesting
Probably Francoeur. Smoltz and Chipper seem to be the spokesman only during problem times.

noone
i have to believe that none of the braves would come out and say something like that. they might say something to the effect that they have the tools and could compete with them, but i dont think that anyone would come flat out and say we are the best team.
