Richmond included in the Kotsay deal

The Braves acquired Kotsay from the A's in exchange for right-handed pitcher Joey Devine, Minor League right-hander Jamie Richmond and cash considerations. Before the deal could be finalized, Kotsay had to undergo a physical that allowed the Braves medical staff to evaluate his troublesome back....That is according to the Braves offical site....I think this is way too much to give up for a one year rental. I thought giving up Devine was alot now with Richmond in the deal it puts it over the top...in 2006 he was the pitcher of the year for Danville and had a decent year at Rome last year...

Just Read That.

Honestly, I'm not that high on Richmond, so it's not like this makes a big difference for me. That said, this was already a bad deal and is now worse. I'm sick of this deal and just want to move on. Hopefully this is a rare Wren misstep.
