Tex's New Nickname

Tex is too boring of a nickname. What does everyone think his new Braves nickname should be?

I think we should call him "Choppin Charlie".

Choppin is obviously an ode to the Chop and since his name is Mark Charles Texiera I figured Charlie would do.

How do you like this name? Or do you have something Better?

Meathead
I think he may be more of a meathead than even "God of War Thor."

No Hoss
That's what DOB calls Chipper and I CAN'T STAND IT! Don't get me started on the why's of giving a nickname like Hoss to Chipper, let alone keeping it alive. He ALREADY has a nickname... it's Chipper. Please, don't call anyone Hoss on this blog, for my sake and the sake of the whole purpose of nicknames.

hoss
is usually referred to lineman in football. i mean i  kind of understand why Tex could have that nickname, but Chipper having it makes no sense to me. It sounds like DOB doesnt know what the nickname means.
