Trade Davies?

Since it is pretty obvious we have a talented young pitcher with a screwed-up head, I think it might be wise to trade Davies to another team.  A sort of "change of scenery" trade, similar to the Oilver Perez trade.  I think a Xavier Nady type bench player might be worth it, at this point.  A lower-pressure city with a decent pitching coach would do him a world of good.  Any suggestions?

I don't think this would actually happen, but I think it is something that JS should probably explore.  Makes a lot of sense, to me.

2 Things
  1. He has no value
  2. We're trying to improve our rotation for the future, not dismantle it. He just needs to go to the minors to get some confidence.

davies
i agree that davies might need a change of scenery. but i can't imagine that davies for nady would be possible at this point.

all of davies' value is in his potential. but that value decreases every time he makes a start at the big league level.

but maybe there is a team willing to trade their struggling ex-prospect for our struggling ex-prospect (in which a change of scenery might be good for both). an extra bench player would be nice, but i can't imagine that we'd get anything more than another woodward.
