According to the Philadelphia Daily News:

It's unknown whether Toronto will conduct a fire sale, but the Phillies, Braves, Dodgers and Orioles are among teams that have had scouts at recent Blue Jays games.

That'd be neat, even though he's sort of sucking this year, but he's making $12 million a year through 2010. Under our current salary structure, that makes him unaffordable.

Rios

Are we sure that they are looking at Burnett? I would think they would be looking at Rios as a possible replacement for Jones in CF. You could play Rios in LF this year and move him to CF next year. It would provide insurance and possibly help to keep Jones' request reasonable...or should I say slightly more reasonable. Then if they didn't have any back up plan.
