The braves haven't made an official annoucement yet, but according to Foxsports, ESPN ,and CNNsi he has agreed to a 1 year/8Million deal with no incentive based pay.
Looks like its the final dance before retirement.

I'm not too excited
but at least now we know how much money we have left for any sort of trade or signings. I want the CF picture to get cleared up. I don't want it to be filled by default like that one year we had no leadoff hitter.
Smoltz, Glavine, Hampton...
Man... I just saw Van Halen at the Garden with Roth. They sort of remind me of the Braves staff right now. Anyway... I guess I'm glad he's back, but we need wins from him, not a nostalgia trip. I hope the home plate umpires are kind to him next season.
