I got to witness Brandon Webb up close and personal last night, and boy, do the Braves catch a break missing him this series.

Meanwhile, as for tonight, here's our matchup:

ARI: RHP Juan Cruz (2-3, 4.76 ERA)
Cruz is 1-1 with a 2.77 ERA in three career appearances (two starts) against Atlanta.

ATL: LHP Horacio Ramirez (1-0, 5.40 ERA)
Ramirez is 1-1 with a 4.15 ERA in five career appearances (four starts) against Arizona.

Cruz has been erratic for Arizona thus far. It would serve Atlanta well to get to him early and often.
