A solo homer was the only dark spot on a brilliant night by Davies. Slowly, the rotation begins to solidify, with quality starts out of Smoltz, Thompson and Davies and a near-quality start out of Hudson. If we just slip Ramirez or James into the fifth spot, the rotation is looking awfully sharp.
Two more homers by Andruw. His power is blossoming the way I think a lot of us always thought it would, going from 30-35 to 40-50 HR level. I"m very happy he's signed through 2007.
So who wants to place bets on how long it will be until some journalist twerp starts speculating that he's juicing?
