Yup, that's me...

I've been a little out of touch lately, but I am really burnt out. For those of you that don't know, I happen to live in New York and work in Manhattan.

Let's just say that the past few days REALLY sucked. The mass transit system is on strike...as if you didn't know. Well, it normally takes me two hours to commute each way from Long Island to NYC. Last night it took me 3 1/2 hours to get home. This morning it took 4 1/2 hours to get to work! I felt like the day was over by the time I got in. It's ridiculous.

I hate unions! I really do. Sorry if I offend any of you out there, but in this day and age, unions really do nothing but create more political BS.

Anyway, that's my rant for today. Hopefully I'll be back on tonight with some real baseball info...after my 5 hour commute!

That sucks...

Sorry to hear that you're involved in that mess. Hopefully it won't take as long as 10-11 days to get this resolved like the last couple of times this has happened. And as a die-hard baseball fan, I can certainly relate to your hatred for unions. ;)

Anyway, take your time; we know you've got a lot on your plate right now.
